Refund policy

BORROW CO. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your rental equipment and dates.

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date are non-refundable.

Customers may return rental equipment early; however, unused rental days are non-refundable.

Rental extensions may be requested and are subject to availability.

Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule their rental one time at no additional charge when requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date may be subject to additional charges.
