Shipping policy

BORROW CO. DELIVERY & PICKUP POLICY

Borrow Co. provides local delivery and pickup of our reusable moving bins. We do not ship rental equipment.

DELIVERY FEES

Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery address and will be displayed during the reservation/checkout process.

DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address along with any necessary instructions for accessing the property.

Someone does not need to be home for delivery as long as a safe, accessible location has been provided for the bins to be left. Borrow Co. is not responsible for rental equipment after it has been delivered to the customer’s designated location.

PICKUP

On the scheduled pickup date, all bins must be completely empty, nested or stacked together, and placed in an easily accessible location.

Customers do not need to be home for pickup as long as the bins are accessible.

MISSED OR INACCESSIBLE PICKUPS

If Borrow Co. is unable to retrieve the rental equipment because the bins are not ready, are inaccessible, or access to the property has not been provided, a $25 additional pickup fee may be charged to schedule another pickup.

CHANGES TO DELIVERY OR PICKUP

Please contact Borrow Co. as soon as possible if you need to request a change to your scheduled delivery or pickup. Changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

DELIVERY AREA

Borrow Co. currently provides local delivery within our designated service area. Availability and applicable delivery fees are determined by the delivery address entered when making a reservation.

DIFFERENT PICKUP ADDRESS

Customers may request pickup from an address different from the original delivery address. The pickup address must be provided in advance and must fall within Borrow Co.’s designated service area. Additional delivery or pickup fees may apply based on the location of the pickup address.
